Pictures From Ludlow Massacre Memorial

Updated: Oct 19, 2020

I shared a post that gives insight on some of our experiences during our most recent trip but nothing is better than seeing for yourself. The Ludlow Massacre Memorial was on of the most touching places to visit. It is a simple covered sitting area with a few things around that has great meaning to the mining communities and everyone that takes the time to visit.

The Ghost town is in sight of the Memorial. It still has several buildings as well as homesteads. You can even make out the Ludlow Jail.

Delila had been in the carseat for a few hours. She was ready to run.

To learn about locations for homeschooling we look up information while we are there as well as read all of the plaques and monuments.

Sad story.

In the cover is stairs going down. There were women and children found there during the Ludlow Massacre.

From what I could tell this was the main street in Ludlow and this was the jail.

I asked Torrie if he needed to use the restroom.

Amazing the work put into these places that most is still standing.

Its playtime at the Ludlow Ghost town.
